Selling Your Property in Port Macquarie NSW
In Port Macquarie (and the rest of NSW), residential property cannot be advertised for sale until a marketing Contract of Sale has been prepared. The contract must contain a copy of the title documents, drainage diagram and a current Zoning Certificate issued by Port Macquarie-Hastings Council, along with other various documents. If the property for sale has a swimming or spa pool. then a copy of a valid certificate of compliance or a valid certificate of non-compliance must also be attached.
